So You Wanna Be An Episcopalian?
The Covenant Program is for all adults who are interested in becoming members of St. George’s, or who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the Christian faith and the Episcopal Tradition. It leads, if you desire, to canonical membership at St. George’s and membership in the worldwide Anglican Communion (which includes us too) through adult baptism, confirmation, or reception (if you were Roman Catholics). If you already are an Episcopalian and simply want to learn more about your faith, then just come. This eight week course provides a fuller understanding of the Episcopal Church and life at St. George’s.
In a small group as part of this program, you can explore more deeply your own experience and hopes for the Christian life with others on the journey of faith. The Covenant Program is offered in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. Classes are on Saturday’s at 10:30 am in Hammond Hall. For more information contact the Church office, (949) 837-4530.
