• Continuing programs of discernment of gifts for lay and ordained people (Network Course and Diocesan Commission on Ministry).
• Expanding the Sunday 9:15 a.m. Journey congregation to attract marginalized and disillusioned Christians who are hungry for a different type of worship experience.
• Welcoming the gay and lesbian community through regular potluck lunches and opportunities for formation and service at all levels of church ministry and celebration.
• Creating a wealth of opportunities to meet others and to worship, eat and serve the community together.
• Developing outreach programs with the local medical community, families and seniors to welcome others into the St. George’s fellowship.
