Pictorial Church Directory through Olan Mills. It’s not to late to sign up for the Pictorial Directory. Expect a call from Olan Mills to either remind you of your appointment or to assist you in scheduling an appointment Each family/household that comes for photography and portrait viewing at the church will receive a complimentary directory and 8X10 Custom Color Portrait. You will be able to view and select your portraits electronically from a variety of poses. Additional Olan Mills portraits will be available for purchase. Your entire appointment will normally take less than one hour. Photography dates are May 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th. If you need to schedule an appointment after Monday April 27th please call 800-866-2263 or contact the church office at 949-837-4530. The photos will be taken in Bourne Hall.
Educational Series
Fr. Norm Freeman will facilitate “the Discovery Series”, a video series, is designed to help every Christian – new or lifelong, young or old – discover their own path to a life in Christ. Like our lives, careers and relationships, our spiritual growth is also a journey. This series is intended to help everyone forge a lifelong relationship with God
Join us March 4th for the Cinco de Mayo celebration , sponsored by the LGBT as a fundraiser to pay off the Grand Piano and build a maintenance. The LGBT welcomes everyone from throughout the parish community to participate in this special event.
Saturday May 10th- AIDS WALK OC: St George’s and St. Margaret’s have teamed up for the AIDS WALK in Anaheim. We are recruiting EVERYONE to sign up, see the Vestry table for sign up sheets. You don’t have to actually make the 5K walk. Fr. Norm has promised to van-pool with those who show up early. St. George’s and St. Margaret’s have set a goal to raise $2,500. Registration begins at 7am and the walk officially kicks off at 9am.
Saturday May 24 ~ The Women of St. George’s are planning a “Women’s Lunch Exchange &Tea” from 11:30 to 1:00 pm in Bourne Hall. Details and sign-up forms will be available on the Vestry table. St. George's Handbell Choir is open to children age 8 on up to adult. St. George's Handbells play at the 10:30 Service about once a month on special Sundays from October through June.
